Refund policy

Returns must be shipped out and delivered within 7 days of purchase (with proof of purchase and items in new, unused condition). Exchanges must be shipped out and delivered within 14 days of purchase. 

Refunds and exchanges shipment fees will be deducted from the original order and shipping fees will not be restored to customer's account. 

Refunds or changes may or may not be approved depending on condition of the item, as well as proof of purchase. 

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to item availability, as we change items per season.
