Not happy with your order? No problem.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase (with proof of purchase and items in new, unused condition). Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds and exchange shipment fees will be deducted from the original order and will not be restored to customer’s account.
Refunds or exchanges may or may not be approved depending on condition of the item, as well as proof of purchase.
Please note that all SALE and MAKE AN OFFER ITEMS are final sale. Exchanges are not guaranteed. Exchanges are subject to item availability, as we change items per season. We also produce items based on availability of our fabric.
All returns or exchanges must meet the following requirements:
1. Return must be initiated, approved and processed by the customer within 3 days (72 hours) and received by our studio within 14 days. We recommend that you mail your package within 5 business days of delivery to make sure it gets there on time.
2. Items must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn. All tags must be attached.
3. The following items are not eligible for returns: SALE ITEMS are also final sale.

- Fill in form to indicate reason for return.
- Verify customer information and confirm refund amount
- Email back to us.
The customer is responsible for repackaging items, return shipping cost and drop off package.
We can’t guarantee item exchanges, but if you receive something that is the incorrect size/style/color of what you ordered we’ll give it a try.
Again, exchanges are subject to inventory availability and individual store policy. The best thing to do is contact us as soon as you receive the item.
