Not happy with your order? No problem.
We accept returns and exchanges on REGULAR PRICED ITEMS. Returns have to be initiated within 3 days (72 hours) of the day you received the item(s) and must be received back by our studio within 14 days.
Please note that all SALE and MAKE AN OFFER ITEMS are final sale. Exchanges are not guaranteed.
Refunds will be less the cost of return shipping ($15 USD) and any site credit used on the order will not be restored to customer’s account.
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
All returns or exchanges must meet the following requirements:
1. Return must be processed by the customer within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery and received by our studio within 14 days of delivery date. We recommend that you mail your package within 5 business days of delivery to make sure it gets there on time.
2. Items must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn. All tags must be attached.
3. The following items are not eligible for returns: SALE ITEMS are also final sale.

iii. Fill in form to indicate reason for return.
iv. Verify customer information and confirm refund amount
v. Email back to us.
You will receive a return authorization number.
The customer is responsible for repackaging items, return shipping cost and drop off package.
We can’t guarantee item exchanges , but if you receive something that is the incorrect size/style/color of what you ordered we’ll give it a try. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and individual store policy. The best thing to do is contact us as soon as you receive the item.
