*COVID POLICY: Due to COVID, we are extending our policy. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 weeks of order date. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approved returns or exchanges (with proof of purchase and items in new, unused condition).
Refunds and exchange shipment fees will be deducted from the original order and shipping fees will not be restored to customer’s account.
Refunds or exchanges may or may not be approved depending on condition of the item, as well as proof of purchase.

- Fill in form to indicate reason for return.
- Verify customer information and confirm refund amount
- Email back to us.
The customer is responsible for repackaging items, return shipping cost and drop off package.
We can’t guarantee item exchanges, but if you receive something that is the incorrect size/style/color of what you ordered we’ll give it a try.
Again, exchanges are subject to inventory availability and individual store policy. The best thing to do is contact us as soon as you receive the item.
