Spring is finally in full force, and we couldn't be happier!
We're all about finding the latest and the greatest things to do in Los Angeles, or anywhere else. There's a couple of things that have been on our radar and would love to share!
1. Skateboarding at your local park
We're lovin' the warmer weather. With that being said, we've taken the late afternoons (pre-dinner) to just go outside and skate! Our Wee Monsters have been taking classes since last summer and are OBSESSED! There are kid-friendly skate parks. I'd recommend finding local ones. We've noticed such a big confidence boost in the Wee Monsters after each skate sesh. I mean, they're literally climbing outdoor stairs that are way too high... and way too scary. Literally, MONSTERS!
2. Walking through nature
Everyone and their dogs are talkin' about the California SUPERBLOOM. With all the rain we've received this year, everything is bloomin' and it's bloody beautiful. Even the random patches of green off the side of the freeways. Random parks. Hiking trails. There's been so much rain. Like we're-finally-out-of-the-drought-rain. It's been so inspiring that everyone's taking time to just walk outside. Very peaceful!
3. Everything mustard
Unless like... you're into ketchup? (Okay, bad joke.) Seriously though, everyone's having that faded sunflowers, mustard kind of moment, and I'm not mad at it. It's color, but in a muted, neutral sense. Matches with most other products. We even drank the kool-aid and made our own mustard pieces.
4. Graphic tees and muscle tanks
Tees and ripped jeans are back, and stronger than ever. Dress it up. Dress it down. It's SO COMFY! Can you ever have enough?
